This policy is applicable to local orders only.
-A written record of the reason for exchange must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please do not remove the tags of the item you wish to exchange.
- Exchange Policy is only applicable within 7 days after the product is delivered.
-Any purchased item can be exchanged in the event that the product has any defects or an incorrect order has been sent from our end.
-Items which emit any kind of body odours, perfume scents, have any kind of stains, rips or water marks will not be accepted for exchange. This is applicable to both final sale and sale items.
-For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.

- If an issue arises with the colour, or size of an item, don’t hesitate to exchange it and choose any item in another size or colour. We will exchange it for you.
-If a purchase made online is to be exchanged, the customer will have to bear the shipping cost.
